This policy explains what personal data DOPSIGEN collects when you visit dopsigen.com or send us an enquiry, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who we are
DOPSIGEN is a manufacturer of ratchet wrenches, socket sets and cordless tools based at No. 211 Yuancheng Road, Qiantang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.

2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we receive the fields you fill in: name, company, email address, telephone number, country, product interest and your message. If you email or message us directly, we receive whatever you include.
Information collected automatically. Our web server records standard technical data for every request: IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of access. We use this to keep the site running and to detect abuse.
We do not use advertising pixels, and we do not run analytics that profile individual visitors. This site does not sell products online, so we do not collect payment details.

4. Cookies

5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- our web hosting and email providers, which store the site and the enquiry mailbox on our behalf;
- logistics, customs and inspection partners, where this is needed to ship an order;
- authorities, where we are legally required to disclose.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up the conversation again. Order, invoice and shipping records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Server logs are rotated regularly and kept for a short period.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Write to canon@dopsigen.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
8. International transfers
Our company and servers are located in China. If you contact us from another country, your data will be transferred to and stored in China. We take reasonable steps to protect it in transit and at rest.
9. Security
Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it to answer you. The site is served over HTTPS, and administrative access requires authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the data we hold to the minimum needed.
10. Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be communicated by email where we hold an address.
