Who we are

A focused factory, not a trading company

Dopsigen is a hardware tools manufacturer that integrates research, development, production and sales. Our core lines are socket sets, ratchet wrenches, auto repair and machine repair tool sets, screwdriver bit sets and the ancillary hardware that ships with them.

The plant sits in Qiantang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It was founded in 2016 and covers 2,158 square metres. Because the tooling, the moulding workshop and the assembly lines are ours, we control finish, tolerance and lead time directly instead of chasing a subcontractor’s schedule.

Products are exported to more than 40 countries and supplied to supermarkets, distributors and online retailers across Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea and Southeast Asia. Our in-house design department has run custom OEM programmes since 2016 and releases 15 to 20 new items a month.

Manufacturing capability

What we keep under our own roof

We do not buy finished sockets and print a logo on the box. Turning, broaching, moulding and assembly are separate stages of the same in-house process, which is why a specification change reaches the line in days rather than weeks.

30

CNC lathes

Socket bodies, extension bars and bit holders are turned on site, with hex broaching on the same floor.

10

CNC milling centres

Ratchet head cavities and thin-wall impact sockets are milled and gauged at the machine.

12+

Assembly & packing lines

Hand assembly, torque verification and neutral or private-label packing, all under the same roof.

Quality & compliance

Quality is a process, not a final inspection

Every lot passes four gates before it is allowed into a carton.

  • Incoming material. Steel grade and hardness are verified on each CR-V and CR-MO billet batch before it is released to the machines.
  • In-process. Socket hex dimensions and wall thickness are gauged at the machine, before plating can hide a drift.
  • Final sampling. Torque, hardness and plating adhesion are tested on samples drawn from every production lot.
  • Documentation. ISO 9001 quality management system, certified since 2017. Certificate copies and third-party test reports are supplied with tender packages on request.
